Clothing Guidelines

For the best experience during your session, please follow these specific clothing guidelines:

What to Wear

  • Comfortable, Loose-Fitting Clothing:
Choose clothing that is soft, non-restrictive, and allows you to relax fully. Options such as yoga pants, leggings, lounge pants, or a flowing maxi dress are ideal. Socks are optional.
  • Natural, Breathable Fabrics:
Cotton T-shirts, lightweight tops, and thin, stretchy materials are recommended. These fabrics help warmth and energy flow more freely during the session.
  • Avoid Tight or Heavy Clothing:
Steer clear of jeans, thick cargo pants, or clothing with belts and restrictive fastenings, as these can block energy flow and reduce comfort.
  • Dress Modestly:
Please refrain from wearing revealing attire such as mini skirts, form-fitting tops, or clothing with inappropriate graphics. Attire should be respectful and suitable for a therapeutic environment.
  • No Need to Undress:
Reiki and holistic therapy sessions are performed fully clothed. You will not be asked to remove any clothing except for shoes and outerwear (such as coats or hats).

Additional Tips

  • Arrive Clean and Fresh:
Good personal hygiene is appreciated for the comfort of both client and practitioner.
  • Remove Accessories:
Take off bulky jewellery, belts, or watches that may interfere with your comfort or the session.
  • Layer Up if Needed:
If you tend to get cold easily, bring a light cardigan or scarf to keep warm during the session.
  • Eye masks and blankets:
Bringing along an eye mask and blanket is optional for personal comfort and depth of the treatment.

Provider’s Right to Refuse Treatment

The provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if attire is deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for a healing environment, or if it restricts the session in any way.

By following these guidelines, you help create a comfortable, respectful, and effective healing experience for yourself and your practitioner.
