Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions, whether online or in person, is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law. Clients are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of their sessions as well.
Payment and Booking
- All payments must be made in advance to secure your appointment.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received via bank transfer, unless otherwise discussed.
- Please reference your payment with your name and invoice number.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, you must provide more than 24 hours’ notice.
- Non-Refundable for Late Cancellations: Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
- Same-Day Cancellations: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, or fail to attend, the full session fee will be charged.
- Discounted Treatments and Vouchers: All discounted treatments and block bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable, except in cases of emergency with supporting evidence.
- All vouchers must be used by the expiry date and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Appointment Guidelines
- Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, as appointments cannot be extended.
- Appropriate Clothing: Clients are required to wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for all treatments. The provider reserves the right to refuse treatment if attire is deemed unsuitable. For more detailed information, visit our Clothing Guidelines page.
- Children: Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide signed consent and remain present for the duration of the treatment.
Provider’s Rights
Usha Kaur reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time, including but not limited to:
- If the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- If the client behaves inappropriately, offensively, or mistreats the provider in any way.
- If the client is unwell or has a medical condition that is a contraindication for therapy.
- If appropriate clothing is not worn.
Group Sessions
- All group sessions are to be conducted with respect, kindness, and confidentiality.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session.
- Contributions for group sessions are non-refundable without at least one week’s notice.
Disclaimer
- Services provided by Angelic Wings of Reiki are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Reiki and related services are spiritual and intuitive in nature; results may vary.
- Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being, and for any decisions made based on feedback or suggestions from sessions.
Refusal of Service Due to Alcohol or Drug Use
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any session if the client arrives under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. In such cases, the full session fee will be charged and no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, well-being, and effectiveness of the treatment environment for all clients.
Covid-19 Restrictions
Covid-19 restrictions continue to apply in accordance with current government and health authority recommendations. Clients are expected to follow any relevant guidelines, which may include mask-wearing, social distancing, or rescheduling appointments if experiencing symptoms. The practitioner reserves the right to update or enforce these measures as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Limitation of Liability
Angelic Wings of Reiki and Usha Kaur are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angelic Wings of Reiki from any claims, damages, or losses related to their use of services.
